Sessions are held one-to-one, online via Zoom, at a pace shaped by your season and availability. Our time together is conversational and responsive, with space for reflection, creative inquiry, and mindful attention.
Each session unfolds in dialogue with what is present, rather than following a fixed agenda.

This work is most supportive when entered with care and continuity. Some people come for a single session chapter of accompaniment; others choose to walk together over a longer arc.
We’ll begin by mindfully exploring what length and rhythm feel appropriate, and revisit as needed.

6-Month 1:1 Deep Immersion

Includes 8 × 60-minute sessions over approximately three months. Designed for those wishing to be accompanied through a defined creative journey, threshold, or life season.

Includes 18 × 60-minute sessions over approximately six months. An extended arc of support for deeper transitions, integration, and creative development.
